7:30P.M. Halloween Cruise Located at Kanawha Canal. Weather permitting, let's change this year's Halloween activity to canal boat ride with a customed narrator telling a haunting tale of Richmond's past as you travel down the Kanawha Canal on a 25-minute trip. Canal Turning Basin Dock and 14th Streets. Meet time at 7:00 p.m. to take the 7:30 p.m. trip depending on the waiting line. Time permitting, open to suggestions for a hot beverage afterwards.
